Account Closure Transfer Request

I’ve been facing issues while attempting to close my account through the Closure cum Transfer request process. I am unable to proceed past the “Review & Sign Your Application” screen, as the functionality appears to be non-operational. It doesn’t allow me to go uidai for signing the form.

I’m in and out of timezones at the moment so it would be difficult to reach out over a call.
My ticket has not been resolved and marked closed, request to escalate and have the team reach out to me via registered email id.
Issue: Trying to close my account with Upstox and have already uploaded my CMR report as well for transfer of my shares. I am now stuck at the e-sign page, I have tried clicking on ‘ Sign application’ button but it’s not going forward and nothing is happening.

@SANASI_1880849 - Since you are not in India currently the Aadhar e-sign website won’t work. Without that, online closure is not possible.
