Hello Upstox ,
I raised ticket #9633961 to delete my paused SIP but unable to do so .
I got reply form customer care as below .
“
Please note that once a SIP is paused, we are unable to resume it from our end.
The SIP will automatically resume after the pause period you selected during the pause request.
If you wish to cancel the SIP before it resumes, please wait until the pause period concludes. After that, you can proceed with the cancellation request.
“
This is unacceptable from upstox .
