403 Error-Failed to obtain authorized websocket URL

I’m receiving 403 on /v3/feed/market-data-feed/authorize. Not sure what exactly the issue. Do i need approval to enable Market Data Feed v3 WebSocket for my developer app and move it to Production (if not already). getting error as mentioned bellow. kindly help

If you are receiving a 403 Forbidden status, it means your request has been denied.
This usually occurs when you exceed the total number of allowed connections to the market feeder.
